All Field Farmers should bring at least two years of farming our outdoor labor experience to the table along with a crazy amount of energy, a stellar work ethic, a good sense of humor, and a deep desire to contribute to the growth of our regenerative farm. About Us & How to Apply
We are a small farm with a large vision to provide our community with pasture raised meats and year-round herbs and vegetables from our expanded market garden. We produce food for our Wednesday Farm Stand (April-Oct,) our year-round Certified Farmers Market location in Redding, and our vegetable CSA program. We are looking for hard-working individuals to bring a positive attitude to support our motivated team with vegetable production in our certified organic market garden.
